Lt. Governor Dennis C. Mendiola welcomed Melchor Diclas of Benguet during a courtesy visit to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Joined by Edwin P. Aldan, Mayor of Tinian, the meeting reaffirmed the sister-city relationship between Tinian and Benguet and underscored the importance of continued collaboration, cultural exchange, and regional partnership.
The Administration remains committed to strengthening people-to-people ties and advancing meaningful cooperation between the CNMI and our partners in the Philippines.
