The Administration marked the completion of the Garapan Revitalization Project, commemorating a significant milestone in the enhancement of Saipan’s commercial core.
Supported through federal grant funding and implemented in close coordination with local partners, such as the Office of Planning & Development, Garapan is now better positioned to support small businesses, strengthen tourism, and serve as a vibrant gathering place for our community with upgraded streets, improved pedestrian access, modern lighting, and enhanced public spaces.
