Insular leaders gathered on September 4, 2025, to discuss strategic priorities and challenges related to infrastructure, biosecurity, workforce, and energy, while calling for continued federal support. Part of the the day’s event included the Territory Energy Coordination meeting dedicated to building a strong, secure, and affordable grid in U.S. Territories.
