Lt. Governor Mendiola, alongside House Speaker Edmund Villagomez, formally proclaimed February as Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month during an official observance held at Dandan Middle School. The proclamation underscores the Administration’s commitment to promoting awareness, prevention, and education surrounding teen dating violence, and to ensuring young people are informed about warning signs and available support resources.
This year’s theme, “Real Love Respects,” reinforces the message that healthy relationships are rooted in respect, safety, and mutual dignity.
