The public is encouraged to share feedback by November 3, 2025 through any of the following methods:
- Email: Send to cnmicri@gmail.com with the subject line “Comment for Paul Russ Restoration Plan”
- In Person: Deliver to Bldg. No. 1315, Anatahan Drive, Capitol Hill
- Mail: Address to Caller Box 10007, Saipan, MP 96950 (must be postmarked by November 3, 2025)
All comments received by the deadline will be considered for integration into the final plan.
