The Office of the Governor is pleased to announce the successful ribbon cutting of Beach Road (Phase 3 and Phase 4), held on September 26, 2025. Governor David M. Apatang, Lieutenant Governor Dennis C. Mendiola, and Secretary of the Department of Public Works Ray Yumul joined community leaders and project partners to mark this important milestone in improving the Commonwealth’s infrastructure and public safety.
