The Office of the Governor had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the State of Kosrae for a courtesy visit. The delegation was led by Speaker Semeon J. Phillip of the 13th State Legislature, joined by Floor Leader Andy J. Andrew, Chairman Alik S. Isaac, Chairman Artson S. Talley, Vice Chair Ramsey S. George, and Chairman Moses M. Thomson, along with senior staff Martha B. Talley, Kenye M. Nena, and Kenye K. Mike.
