The time of passage, according to NWS Guam, is estimated to be on Tuesday morning into Wednesday morning. Residents of Saipan and Tinian are asked to prepare for Category 4 Typhoon, which will bring sustained winds of 130-156mph, with gusts of 168-197mph.
