Yesterday, Governor David M. Apatang, alongside Finance Secretary Tracy B. Norita and CNMI officials, led the groundbreaking of the future Economic Resiliency Center on Capital Hill.
Funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration, the $14 million facility will bring all Department of Finance divisions under one roof—creating a one-stop hub to improve efficiency, accessibility, and public service.
Governor Apatang highlighted the project as part of ongoing efforts to move key initiatives forward, while Secretary Norita expressed gratitude to partners and teams who helped bring the vision to life. Once completed, the center will provide a safe, modern workspace for employees and deliver faster, more reliable services to the people of the CNMI.
