Opioid Proceeds Council, Saipan – In response to the nationwide opioid crisis and as a part of a collective legal effort, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands enacted Public Law 23-19 to officially establish the Opioid Proceeds Council (“OPC”).
